Madison Keats today announced the firm has assisted LION bioscience AG (Nasdaq: LEON), a leading provider of integration solutions for the life science industry, in the sale of certain assets. LION announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its library of more than 400 thousand compounds to Norak Biosciences, Inc. The sale, which is subject to certain closing conditions, is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2003. Madison Keats represented LION bioscience in the transaction.
